After opening, how long are Woodstock condiments, pickles, relish, and sauerkraut safe to consume?

Unfortunately, there is no right answer to this question as it varies from jar to jar, person to person, family to family. Some products may last longer or less than others based on factors such as amount of light exposure, length of temperature exposure above 40◦F, whether clean utensils were consistently used, etc. A good rule of thumb is to "trust your gut", in other words, if you’re concerned that the item has been opened for too long, it probably has been. Consumption past the posted expiration date is never recommended.
